This Privacy Policy and the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to www.moveos.ro owned and operated by MOVEOS SRL, based in Loc. Rovinari, Aleea Ciresului, no. 6, Jud. GORJ, phone +40268401280, email contact@moveos.ro, having CUI RO 36290967, registered at ORC Gorj under no. J18/467/2017.

Through this Privacy Policy we explain how we collect and use the information, which may include the personal data you provide on our website: www.moveos.ro/.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at our headquarters or by email at dpo@golegal.ro (mentioning the name of the Moveos operator in the message).

MOVEOS SRL specializes in providing services at the Beneficiary’s headquarters. This service is realized by relocating the labor force, depending on the clients’ request.

At the same time, the Operator also carries out car parts production activities.

The website www.moveos.ro has the role of:

  • Company presentation;
  • Presentation of the Operator’s team and services;
  • Promotion of services;
  • Promoting the positions available within the company;
  • Other marketing and advertising activities.

  • The address I.P. of the terminal from which you access the website;
  • Information about the information searched on the website;

You may also object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling), without giving any reason, in which case we will cease processing as soon as possible.

You can request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, but only when that decision:

  • it affects you in a similar way and to a significant extent.
